When booking online, you can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal or Klarna. On site, you pay for drinks and snacks by EC or credit card. We do not accept cash on site. For team events and school groups, payment by invoice is possible by prior arrangement.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 72 hours before game time. Within 72 hours of the appointment, the full price is due. For company events and bookings of three rooms or more, the free cancellation window is 7 working days before the appointment, after which the full price applies.

Yes, that's usually no problem, as long as the group size still fits the room or the outdoor format. Depending on the group size, we'll charge for the extra person. You'll find our pricing on the booking page.

Let us know at reception when you arrive, before the game starts. We'll issue you a voucher for the difference, which you can use on a future booking. Alternatively, you can spend the difference on drinks and popcorn on site.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time. That leaves enough time for arrival, briefing, and the full 66 minutes of game time. Please don't arrive too early either, so you avoid long waits and overlaps with the group before you.

Yes. Please check in at our reception desk right on time before the game starts. If you’re running late, please let us know by phone at +49 (0)30 - 20 84 99 07 0. If you’re late, we may have to deduct time from your game so that the group after you can start on time. If you’re unable to play the game at all or can only play part of it due to your lateness, we will not refund the game.

Yes, we have step-free access and an accessible toilet. Some games can be played in a wheelchair provided by us. Because the rooms differ by mission, it's best to plan with us individually. Drop us an email at enter@exit-game.de.

Yes, you can choose from a selection of cold drinks such as water, spritzers, soft drinks, beer, non-alcoholic beer, and Vitamin Well. During the Christmas season, we also offer mulled wine and punch. For a snack before or after the game, you can treat yourself to sweet or salty popcorn.

For team events or Christmas parties, you can also book catering, a sparkling wine reception, or a bartender to serve additional drinks.

Yes. Prison Island and Jungle Games in Battle Mode runs with two teams of up to seven players each. Across our eight rooms at the EXIT Palast, you can play in parallel, meaning we can host group and team events for up to 100 people on site. Our outdoor games scale even further: Boller Battle for up to 36, Spy and Escape for up to 66. For bookings of around 15 people or more, get in touch directly and we'll plan it with you.
