Depending on the mission, 2 to 10 people can play in a team in our escape rooms. If your group is larger, simply split up and play two different missions at the same time or book Prison Island in battle mode. We recommend a group size of 4 to 6 people. VR missions can be played by groups of 2 to 4 people.

Yes, for a perfect gaming experience, restrictions vary depending on the game.

1) Our kids-only mission “Monster Party” is playable for children between the ages of 5 and 9 under adult supervision.

2) All other analog missions (“Prison Island,” “Magic Alley,” “Berlin Babylon,” and “Admiral Kingdom”) are designed for adults, but can be played by children aged 10 and above when accompanied by an adult. Please note, however, that some puzzles may be too challenging for children and that the themed rooms may also contain darker sections. Children/teenagers aged 12 and above can try the games on their own. However, it is advisable for an adult to be on hand in the lobby to assist in the game if necessary.

3) Children should be at least 12 years old to play the VR missions, as we require a certain level of technical understanding. Accompanied by an adult, HUXLEY titles can also be played by children aged 10 and above. A ticket must be booked for the adult, and two tickets for adults in the case of a battle game. Children aged 12 and over can try most missions on their own. However, we also recommend that a supervising adult plays along.

4) The mission Madhouse is only permitted for children aged 16 and over.

All our missions are playable in English or German.

The difficulty is always perceived slightly differently by every player. We recommend Prison Island and Madhouse 101 if you're new to escape games. When it comes to VR missions, Huxley I, Huxley II and Escape the Lost Pyramid are beginner-friendly. Prince of Persia is suitable for advanced players. Overall, any room can be played by anyone - choosing the mission you find most exciting is best!

In a virtual reality game, as the name suggests, you are in a virtual space. While conventional escape games involve analog puzzles, you completely immerse yourself in exciting worlds using VR glasses. You hear and see each other as avatars and can interact with the virtual world and with each other via two controllers in your hands.

You should not wear high heels as there is a risk of tripping. Please avoid wearing your hair up in a bun or updo. If you wear glasses in everyday life, leave them on while playing. If you are prone to severe motion sickness, please be aware that you may experience nausea. Please arrive sober — we reserve the right to refuse entry to intoxicated guests.

When booking, you can easily pay with PayPal, credit card, giropay or Klarna. For a larger team event, payment via invoice is also possible by prior arrangement. You can pay for drinks and snacks on site by card - we can unfortunately not accept any cash payments.

If you are late, we may have to reduce your game time to ensure the next group can start on schedule. If your late arrival means you are unable to play, or unable to finish the mission, no refund may be issued.

As long as the maximum number of players for the mission is not exceeded, that's not a problem. You can pay the remaining amount by card on site. You can reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge up to 72 hours before your booked slot. For three or more missions, the deadline is 7 days. Please contact us at enter@exit-game.de.

Of course! You can buy them HERE. The vouchers are not linked to a mission or a game mode. Our vouchers are issued for a specific sum and are valid for 3 years.
