Wie viele Personen können zusammen spielen, wie groß eine Gruppe ideal ist und welche Missionen sich für größere Teams eignen.
Surprisingly much, because escape rooms thrive on mixed minds. Whoever loves to combine, to search, to keep the overview, everyone gets their moment. For broadly mixed groups, Prison Island or Magic Alley are an especially good fit, with 4 to 6 people recommended. If you are more, you simply split across two missions. No one needs prior knowledge, no one needs to be athletic, the odd bit of bending down is enough. From age 12 everyone plays independently, younger children with company. If ages and tastes differ widely in your group, we will find the mission together where there really is something for everyone. Just write to enter@exit-game.de.
Challenging but always doable, and you need no prior knowledge. How hard a room feels varies a little from person to person anyway. For newcomers we recommend Prison Island or Madhouse 101, whose puzzles are built to be beginner-friendly. In principle every room works at any experience level, so pick the mission whose theme appeals to you most. Around 75 percent of all groups solve their mission within the 66 minutes, and if you get stuck, the game master helps with a well-timed hint. Those who do not quite make it still have their fun, and many return with a clear plan. In the end, the theme almost always pulls more than sheer difficulty. So let the setting guide you, not the worry that it might be too tricky.
Mostly not, and certainly not by accident. Five of our six rooms are bright and friendly, with the puzzles front and centre rather than the scares. The one exception is Madhouse 101: deliberately dark, with real jump scares and only from age 16. You only end up there if you choose it on purpose. Monster Party is full of colourful creatures, Magic Alley is pure fantasy, Prison Island feels more like an adventure film, Admiral Kingdom leans into steampunk and Berlin Babylon draws you into a 1920s detective story. If you want no scares, simply choose one of these five rooms and you will not meet a single frightening moment. An accidental scare is impossible here, promise.
From age 12, teenagers play our missions entirely on their own, and there is plenty to choose from. Prison Island, Magic Alley and Berlin Babylon are popular because they challenge without overwhelming. Anyone who actively wants scares and is at least 16 will find real jump scares in Madhouse 101. Outdoors, our city games lead the way from age 12. For mixed teen groups it is wise to keep an adult on call in the lobby; they need not play along. The puzzles build logically and require no prior knowledge. Outdoors, Boller Battle works well as a sociable game show with nine mini games, or Echoes of Berlin as a mystery tour through a parallel Berlin. We are glad to advise on room choice at enter@exit-game.de.
For families with younger children, Monster Party is the one: colourful creatures, child-friendly puzzles and zero scares, playable by kids aged 5 to 9 with supervision. From age 10, Magic Alley is a lovely fit, ideally with an adult on the team. And if you already have teenagers along, our outdoor games work well from age 12. Monster Party is our kids mission and has no dark corners at all; here you cuddle rather than fear. Magic Alley takes the slightly older ones into a fantasy world of wands and hidden passages, where the grown-ups puzzle just as hard as the kids. Popcorn and drinks wait in the lobby to wind down. No, no athletic feats required. A few missions involve a short crawl, and that is as physical as it gets. You do not run, climb or clear obstacles, comfortable clothing is entirely enough. What counts is your head, not your fitness.
Yes, at any time and under your own power. You are never locked in: every room has emergency buttons and exit doors that open from the inside. This is a fixed part of the safety concept and is explained to you before the game.
In Battle mode you compete head-to-head: Prison Island splits into two teams of up to 7 people, same room layout, same puzzles. The only question is who escapes first. Ideal for groups with healthy ambition and an appetite for a real duel.
In German or English, just as you like. During the briefing your game masters simply ask which language you prefer. Our three outdoor games are bookable in both languages too.
Very gladly, in fact. You split across several rooms and play in parallel, or face off in Battle mode. In total our location holds over 100 people, so there is plenty of room for company events and large parties. Just send your request to enter@exit-game.de or +49 30 208499070.
In principle all three, depending on how your team ticks. Boller Battle delivers the game show experience with competition, Echoes of Berlin appeals to groups who prefer puzzling and story depth, and Escape and Espionage fits more compact time slots.
For a family outing with teens, Echoes of Berlin fits from age 12, Escape and Espionage at the Berlin Wall from 13. Both run independently via the app, so you move through the city entirely at your own pace. For younger children we rather recommend the indoor family games.
For a stag or hen do, Boller Battle Berlin is the sociable first choice: a handcart tour with nine mini games and a team battle, easygoing, playful and loud enough for a good party mood. It suits 2 to 36 people and is known from Die Hoehle der Loewen.
Very gladly; that is exactly what our Get-Together area at Friedrichstrasse 101 is for: drinks, optional catering and room for a relaxed wind-down. Since Echoes of Berlin and Boller Battle end right at our door anyway, you are already here after the game.
Yes, and very simply so. Our vouchers are value vouchers for an amount you choose, valid for 3 years and redeemable for almost all games including outdoor. The one exception is Escape and Espionage at the Berlin Wall.
Ideally arrive about 15 minutes before your booked start time. That gives you the calm to settle in, stow jackets and bags and take in the briefing without hurry. Then please check in on time at our reception at Friedrichstrasse 101.
Yes, and we will let slip the highlight right away: fresh popcorn. Alongside it we carry a selection of drinks, for example the Vitamin Well soft drinks. Enjoy snacks and drinks before and after the game in the lobby, and for larger events we also offer catering.
Drinks and snacks are best enjoyed right here in our lobby, including the Vitamin Well soft drinks and fresh popcorn. For larger groups and events we put together catering on request. For special wishes, just get in touch in advance at enter@exit-game.de.
Easiest by public transport: Friedrichstrasse station with S-Bahn, U-Bahn and regional trains is only a few steps away, and from there it is about 2 minutes on foot to Friedrichstrasse 101. If you come by car, a nearby parking garage works best.
You find us at Friedrichstrasse 101, 10117 Berlin, in the heart of Berlin-Mitte and beneath the Admiralspalast. Right by Friedrichstrasse station, you get here from almost anywhere in the city in a few minutes. We are open daily from 10am.
Yes, gladly for both. Large groups split across several rooms and play in parallel, and in total we host over 100 people. School classes play at a reduced rate, and we are happy to open on weekday mornings. Send requests to enter@exit-game.de or +49 30 208499070.
Our vouchers are value vouchers for an amount you choose and valid for 3 years. They are redeemable for all our missions and game modes, with one single exception: the outdoor mission Escape and Espionage at the Berlin Wall. You can buy them at exit-game.de/gutscheine.
As long as the mission's maximum is not exceeded, very gladly. You simply pay the difference on site by card. A quick heads-up in advance helps us have everything ready in the room for the right group size.
You can certainly still play, that is no problem. Please note, though, that the booked price usually stands, because the room was reserved exclusively for your group. It is best to let us know beforehand, at enter@exit-game.de or +49 30 208499070.
Yes, that is easy to arrange. A booked game can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start; for three or more missions the deadline is 7 days. Just get in touch at enter@exit-game.de.
For a stag or hen do in Berlin, Boller Battle Berlin is the sociable choice: a handcart tour with nine mini games and a team battle, for 2 to 36 people and known from Die Hoehle der Loewen. If you prefer to stay indoors, Prison Island in Battle mode delivers a head-to-head.
For school classes from grade 6, escape rooms are tailor-made, because they train creativity and teamwork playfully. We are glad to open on weekday mornings for your class trip, and you play at a reduced rate. A quick request is enough, at enter@exit-game.de.
Plenty, because from age 12 teens play our missions independently. Indoors, Prison Island, Magic Alley and Berlin Babylon go down well, and for scare fans from 16 there is Madhouse 101. Outdoors, Echoes of Berlin (from 12) and Boller Battle as a game show lead through the city.
It depends above all on the children's ages. From 5, the Monster Party room fits, from 10 the fantasy mission Magic Alley with company, and with teens from 12 our Berlin outdoor games are a lovely choice too. Indoors, you are pleasantly independent of the weather.
Quite a lot, and yes, you can celebrate children's birthdays with us. For kids, the Monster Party room (from 5, playable ages 5 to 9 with supervision) or the enchanted mission Magic Alley (from 10) are a great fit. After the game you carry on celebrating undisturbed in our birthday room.
Yes, we do ask that of you. Check in on time at our reception, ideally 15 minutes early, so the full 66 minutes remain yours. If you are running late, give us a quick call at +49 30 208499070. In case of a delay we may have to deduct a little game time so the group after you can start on time. If a delay means you cannot start or can only partly play, the game price unfortunately cannot be refunded.
In the indoor rooms, phones stay outside; you stow them safely in a locker beforehand. It is surprisingly freeing: 66 minutes with no notifications at all, just you and the puzzles. With the outdoor games it is the other way round, there you run the mission via your smartphone.
Then do get in touch in advance; we advise you individually and find the right mission. Write to enter@exit-game.de or call +49 30 208499070. Good to know: five of our six rooms come with no scares at all, only Madhouse 101 is deliberately dark.
No, you stay entirely among yourselves. When you book a room, it belongs exclusively to you and your group for the booked time. You are never grouped with strangers, so you can focus fully on yourselves and your mission.
Very safe, and we take that seriously. EXIT holds an operating permit with a coordinated fire safety and evacuation concept. Every group can leave the rooms at any time via emergency buttons and exit doors. Trained game masters watch you throughout and reach you within seconds if needed.
