How can we pay?

At booking you pay conveniently by PayPal, credit card, or Klarna. For larger team events, payment by invoice is possible by arrangement. Drinks and snacks on site are settled by card, cash is unfortunately not available.
Are there drinks and snacks on site?
Yes, and we will let slip the highlight right away: fresh popcorn. Alongside it we carry a selection of drinks, for example the Vitamin Well soft drinks. Enjoy snacks and drinks before and after the game in the lobby, and for larger events we also offer catering.
Do we have to be on time?
Yes, we do ask that of you. Check in on time at our reception, ideally 15 minutes early, so the full 66 minutes remain yours. If you are running late, give us a quick call at +49 30 208499070. In case of a delay we may have to deduct a little game time so the group after you can start on time. If a delay means you cannot start or can only partly play, the game price unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Class trip or school group
For school classes from grade 6, escape rooms are tailor-made, because they train creativity and teamwork playfully. We are glad to open on weekday mornings for your class trip, and you play at a reduced rate. A quick request is enough, at enter@exit-game.de.
Are there offers for larger groups and school classes?
Yes, gladly for both. Large groups split across several rooms and play in parallel, and in total we host over 100 people. School classes play at a reduced rate, and we are happy to open on weekday mornings. Send requests to enter@exit-game.de or +49 30 208499070.
Is the EXIT venue accessible?
That depends on the particular room, so we prefer to advise you on it personally. Some of our missions can be played in a wheelchair we provide. Just write a quick note to enter@exit-game.de and we will find the right solution together.

Follow us
Class trip, university group or club outing – up to 60 people in parallel
Large groups are not a special case with us, but an everyday occurrence. EXIT Game on Friedrichstraße regularly welcomes complete school classes, student groups, teacher staff teams, sports clubs, scout troops and youth associations. With more than 1,500 m² of space and several rooms, we can have up to 60 people play at the same time – split across parallel missions, with no waiting and no downtime. If you are planning a day full of teamwork, communication and success experiences with your class or team, you are in the right place.
How we split large groups
A 9th-grade class with 28 students? We start in parallel in four rooms with 6–8 people each. A student group with 50 participants? We split you across up to eight parallel missions, combined if needed with our outdoor tour Boller Battle. At the end, everyone comes together, shares their experiences, compares solving times and receives souvenir photos.
Educational value: what classes and courses take away
Escape rooms are remarkable from an experiential-learning perspective: within 66 minutes, groups have to communicate clearly, distribute tasks, test hypotheses, listen to each other and start over after setbacks. Teachers and lecturers regularly tell us they see their group differently after an EXIT visit – quiet students suddenly shine, class dynamics become visible, cliques dissolve. On request, we provide a short reflection guide for the follow-up discussion on the bus or in the classroom.
Suitable rooms by age group
- Middle school (age 12+): Magic Alley, Prison Island Battle Mode, Berlin Babylon, Admiral Kingdom – ideal for class trips, hiking days and project days
- Upper school and vocational schools: all rooms, gladly with a Battle Mode competition between classes or courses
- Universities and colleges: first-year tutorials, seminar groups, department outings – all rooms, larger groups in parallel
- Clubs and youth associations: sports, music and cultural clubs; also suitable as a reward or end-of-season event
What is included in the group package
- Central meeting point at S+U Friedrichstraße, very easy to reach by bus, train and coach
- Reception and briefing for the whole group at the same time
- Several parallel rooms, we take care of the split by arrangement
- Step-free access and an accessible toilet
- Optional: drink and snack packages, event room with catering, Boller Battle outdoors as an add-on module
- Collective invoice to the school, university or club, and reduced rates for students
Special conditions for educational institutions and clubs
Schools, universities and non-profit clubs receive group prices from us. Early enquiries are especially worthwhile for the typical class-trip weeks in spring and autumn – these slots are regularly booked out months in advance. Write to us early with your preferred date, group size, age group and budget at enter@exit-game.de. We will send you a concrete offer including a capacity plan and, if needed, reserve the entire location exclusively for your group.
