We recommend our bigges escape room "Jungle Games" for kids from around 10 years of age accompanied by adults, “Magic Alley” for families with kids aged 10 and over.
With or without parents?
Children up to 8 years old always play accompanied by an adult. Older kids can master their adventures alone. Please have a look at our terms and conditions or contact us.
Everyone plays along!
Some missions require a short climb or crawl. We will be happy to advise you on which room is suitable for you if not everyone is equally mobile. Please contact us by e-mail at enter@exit-game.de before booking.

How can we pay?

At booking you pay conveniently by PayPal, credit card, or Klarna. For larger team events, payment by invoice is possible by arrangement. Drinks and snacks on site are settled by card, cash is unfortunately not available.
Are there drinks and snacks on site?
Yes, and we will let slip the highlight right away: fresh popcorn. Alongside it we carry a selection of drinks, for example the Vitamin Well soft drinks. Enjoy snacks and drinks before and after the game in the lobby, and for larger events we also offer catering.
Do we have to be on time?
Yes, we do ask that of you. Check in on time at our reception, ideally 15 minutes early, so the full 66 minutes remain yours. If you are running late, give us a quick call at +49 30 208499070. In case of a delay we may have to deduct a little game time so the group after you can start on time. If a delay means you cannot start or can only partly play, the game price unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Family outing in Berlin: what suits us?
It depends above all on the children's ages. From 5, the Monster Party room fits, from 10 the fantasy mission Magic Alley with company, and with teens from 12 our Berlin outdoor games are a lovely choice too. Indoors, you are pleasantly independent of the weather.
Outing with teenagers: what ideas do you have?
Plenty, because from age 12 teens play our missions independently. Indoors, Prison Island, Magic Alley and Berlin Babylon go down well, and for scare fans from 16 there is Madhouse 101. Outdoors, Echoes of Berlin (from 12) and Boller Battle as a game show lead through the city.
Which outdoor game suits a family outing?
For a family outing with teens, Echoes of Berlin fits from age 14, Escape and Espionage at the Berlin Wall from 13. Both run independently via the app, so you move through the city entirely at your own pace. For younger children we rather recommend the indoor family games.
Is the EXIT venue accessible?
That depends on the particular room, so we prefer to advise you on it personally. Some of our missions can be played in a wheelchair we provide. Just write a quick note to enter@exit-game.de and we will find the right solution together.

Family trip in Berlin: escape room fun for young and old
Looking for a family trip in Berlin where everyone has fun at the same time – the six-year-old, the twelve-year-old, the parents and grandma and grandpa? At EXIT Game on Friedrichstraße, you are in the right place. For years, we have run one of Berlin’s most popular escape room venues, and we have curated our rooms so that there is the right adventure for every family. Instead of TV or tablet, you spend 66 minutes doing something together that everyone will remember later – photos afterwards included.
Right next to Friedrichstraße U-Bahn and S-Bahn station, with step-free access and an accessible toilet, we are equally suited to grandparents, strollers, wheelchairs and small siblings. So that you do not have to guess which game suits you, we have summarised our recommendations by family type below.
Which escape room suits which family?
Magic Alley – for magic fans and little wizards aged 10 and up
Magic Alley is our clear recommendation for families with Harry Potter fans, cosplay enthusiasts and anyone who has always wanted to do a bit of magic themselves. In this completely magical world, you leave Berlin behind and step into an enchanted alley full of magical artefacts, spells and secrets that can only be uncovered through real thinking and hands-on effort. The game works for 4 to 8 players aged 10 and up (accompanied by an adult). It is especially popular at birthdays with young wizards, creative children and imaginative parents. Once you have been in, you will want a sequel right away.
Prison Island – for large and blended families and teen birthdays of up to 14 people
Prison Island gets loud – in the best sense. In two teams in parallel (Battle Mode), you compete against each other and try to escape the high-security wing faster than the other group. It is the perfect set-up when dad, grandpa or uncle are to be “locked away”, when three generations want to experience something together, or when a 13th birthday is celebrated with a group full of teenagers. Prison Island holds up to 14 people at the same time, can be played from age 12 and delivers exactly the mix of competitive spirit, team feeling and a triumphant photo at the end that makes a birthday legendary. Tip: in Battle Mode, teens have a clear opponent – that motivates more than any classic puzzle.
Monster Party – the ideal start for children aged 5 and up
Monster Party is our only game developed specifically for children between 5 and 9 – completely without adults. The little heroes are guided by friendly monsters through a colourful, child-friendly world in which they solve tasks with their hands, their eyes and their voices. Up to 10 children can play together, which is why Monster Party is the classic for a kids’ birthday in Berlin. It is also the best way into the escape room world: whoever masters Monster Party will be ready for Magic Alley or Prison Island at 10 or 12. Afterwards, you can add our birthday room, bring your own cake – popcorn and drinks are available from us.

How to plan your family trip
Plan around 90 minutes per game: a short briefing, a 60-minute mission and about 15 minutes for photos and hearing the story behind the room. Families with different age groups often do it like this: the little ones play Monster Party while the older ones are in Magic Alley or Prison Island – at the end, everyone meets again in our lobby. If you like, you can book our birthday room right afterwards for a small celebration.
